FRIGG Daisy with scalloped edges mimics one special flower: The Daisy. Denmark, the Scandinavian country known for its beautiful landscapes and rich history, has chosen the humble yet charming Daisy as its national flower. A flower that embellishes the grass fields all over Denmark during summer. The simplicity and resilience of Daisies reflect Denmark’s appreciation for nature’s understated elegance and strength.

The Daisy is characterized by its delicate white petals surrounding a bright yellow center. The name ‘Daisy’ derives from ‘day’s eye’, referring to the wildflower’s tendency to open when the sun rises and close when it sets. The flower symbolizes purity and innocence, which makes the cute little flower the perfect inspiration behind our comforting pacifiers for little ones.

In Denmark, the Daisy flower holds significant historical value. The Danish name for Daisy is “Marguerite” which resembles the name of the former Queen of Denmark (Margrethe ll). Moreover, she has often been affectionately referred to as ‘Daisy’. Hence, the Daisy flower not only symbolizes natural beauty but also royal heritage in Denmark.

FRIGG Daisy is available in two sizes:

Size 1: Nipple is 27 mm and is recommended for ages 0-6 months.

Size 2: Nipple is 30 mm and is recommended for ages 6-18 months.

FRIGG Daisy is available with a nipple in medical grade silicone and natural rubber.

How to clean your FRIGG pacifier

Our pacifiers need a proper amount of care in order to protect our little ones from bacteria and viruses and maintain a good pacifier hygiene.

Pacifier cleaning – step by step:

1. Put the pacifier in a clean bowl

2. Pour with boiling water

3. Let the pacifier soak for approximately 5 minutes

4. Pick up the pacifier and let it dry

5. Squeeze excess water out of the pacifier when it has cooled down sufficiently

Caution!
Do not boil the pacifier in a pot. Our pacifiers are not meant to be boiled; they will therefore be ruined by the high heat. You must also keep the pacifier away from UV sterilizers, washing machines, chemicals, detergents etc.

No matter how much you clean and care for your pacifier, it is important to replace it in time.

How often should I replace the pacifier?

We recommend a replacement of pacifiers every 4-6 weeks for both safety and hygienic reasons.
Keep an eye out for any changes in the surface, changes in size and shape, or rupture in the material, and replace the pacifier if you notice any differences.
Pull the nipple in all directions and inspect it carefully before use and replace the pacifier at the first sign of damage or weakness.
